Russia attacks residential area of Kharkiv with missiles

In Kharkiv, a Russian strike was recorded in one of the residential districts after the explosion. It sounded before the air alert was announced in the region, according to Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov, and a map of air alerts.
"Preliminary strike recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city. We are finding out the details," says Kharkiv mayor Terekhov.
The explosion was heard in the city before the air raid was announced.

According to the city mayor, the Russian strike hit a residential area in Kharkiv.

According to Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the Russian occupants struck the civilian residential infrastructure of Kharkiv.
"A hit was recorded in Shevchenkivskyi district. There is no information on casualties at the moment," he confirms at 11:54 a.m.
At 12:19 p.m., Terekhov adds that a non-residential building was hit, with windows shattered in a nearby high-rise. Fortunately, no one was injured or killed.
