Russia attacks industrial park in Ukraine's Zhytomyr region, leaving one dead and several injured

A person was killed and two others were injured in a Russian strike on an industrial park in the Zhytomyr region, according to Vitalii Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration.
Aftermath of the Russian attack
The attack hit a civilian enterprise located on the territory of an industrial park in Korosten district.
As a result of the attack, there was one fatality and two people were injured. One person died at the scene, and two others sustained injuries of various degrees of severity.
Rescuers from Ukraine’s State Emergency Service and emergency medical crews are working at the site of the strike.
Information about the number of casualties and the extent of the damage is still being clarified.
Russian attacks on Zhytomyr region
Russian forces regularly carry out drone attacks on civilian and infrastructure facilities in Zhytomyr region.
In particular, on September 13, Russian forces launched a massive drone attack on Zhytomyr region.
The strikes damaged infrastructure facilities and civilian buildings. Two people were killed, while two others were hospitalized with injuries.
In addition, on September 12, Russian forces attacked a grocery store in Zviahel.
Two people were killed in the Russian strikes. A local business and gas stations were also hit.
