The main goal of Russia's massive combined daytime attack on Ukraine is to increase the number of civilian casualties, said Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Andriy Kovalenko.

"The main goal of Russians in such daytime attacks is to increase the number of civilian casualties," Kovalenko said.

That is why, according to him, the combined attack is carried out on a working day using a large number of drones and missiles.

"Take care of yourselves, take air raid alerts seriously, stay in safe places," the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation urged Ukrainians.

Attack on Ukraine on April 3

Russian troops this morning, April 3, launched cruise missiles at Ukraine. The takeoff of MiG-31K aircraft is also reported. In addition, hundreds of enemy drones have been recorded over Ukraine.

According to the Head of Communications of the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yurii Ihnat, strategic aviation bombers Tu-95 and Tu-160 were also put into the air.

In addition, from the evening of April 2 to the morning of April 3, Russian forces carried out a massive attack on Ukraine using drones and missiles. Several regions came under fire, with deaths, injuries, and destruction already reported.

In particular, Kharkiv has been under massive strikes for over 24 hours. The enemy is attacking the city with drones, primarily of the Geran type, as well as with missiles.
