Russian forces carried out a massive and combined strike on Kyiv on Tuesday night, as a result of which about 30 people were injured, and one fatality has been reported, according to a post by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko.

Tkachenko also reported that among the injured residents of the capital are children.

"The number of injured residents of the city has risen to 29 people, including two children. All victims are receiving the necessary medical care," the official wrote.

Shortly before that, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that 12 people in Kyiv had been hospitalized.

Other updates from the mayor regarding the consequences: fires in the Podilskyi and Darnytskyi districts, including burning missile debris. Numerous other fires have been recorded throughout the capital, including non-residential and residential buildings, offices, warehouses, garages, and so on.

There were also repeated reports of cars catching fire today.

The districts with the most consequences after Tuesday night's attack are Podilskyi and Obolon. Power outages were reported in three districts.
