US Secretary of State Marco Rubio plans to meet with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, at the Munich Security Conference, which will take place February 13–15, CNN reports.

Rubio told journalists that, in his opinion, he will meet with Zelenskyy at the Munich Security Conference.

"I think he's going to be there, and there's a chance to see him. I believe it's on my schedule, not 100% certain, but I'm sure we will," Rubio said.

Zelenskyy himself earlier stated that, if possible, he will take part in this event depending on the security situation in Ukraine.
