It is known that as a result of the Russian strike, 55 people were killed and 328 were injured.
Strike on Poltava
It should be noted that on September 3, Russian forces launched a strike on Poltava. Enemy shells were fired at the building of a training center. However, the attack also affected a nearby hospital and partially destroyed one of the buildings of the Communication Institute. It is known that the occupiers used ballistic missiles for the strike.
Today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that it was a calculated strike. He noted that the Russian missile flew for only three minutes, which did not give people enough time to reach shelter.
