Defense Minister Rustem Umerov emphasized that Ukraine has achieved significant results. According to him, in 2025, security assistance will surpass the figures of all previous years of the full-scale war.

"Following the meeting, our partners announced new aid packages and important steps in support," he added.

Overall, in 2025, the UK's military support for Ukraine will amount to £4.5 billion, of which £247 million will be allocated to training the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Germany approved a new military aid package worth €5 billion.

"The Bundestag has already approved this decision," said Umerov.

The package includes:

  • funding for long-range weapons, which will be produced in Ukraine,

  • the transfer of air defense systems, weapons, and ammunition.

The Netherlands is providing an aid package worth €400 million, including:

  • a minehunter, patrol boats, and naval drones.

Belgium announced a long-term initiative:

  • annual assistance to Ukraine worth €1 billion until 2029,

  • the transfer of a minehunter.

Norway is allocating:

  • $700 million for drones, with a focus on supporting Ukraine's defense industry,

"I am grateful to all countries that continue to support Ukraine. Special thanks to my very good friends, Minister Healey and Minister Pistorius, for organizing this meeting. Peace in Ukraine must be just, lasting, and protected by international unity. Together, we are working to achieve that," concluded the Ukrainian Defense Minister.
