According to the expert, a great recipe for a good mood is a salad with avocado, walnuts, and nectarines.
The good mood will come from nectarine, which has truly wonderful properties: it relieves tension and anxiety, improves mood, alleviates insomnia, and increases stress resistance.
"The exquisite taste of the dish undoubtedly contributes to the formation of happiness hormones," the post says.
How to prepare the salad
To prepare the salad, you will need the following ingredients:
- avocado - 1 piece
- nectarine - 1 piece
- walnuts or pecans - 10-20 g
- blue cheese - 30-50 g
- arugula
For the dressing, you will need:
- honey - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1-2 tsp
- balsamic sauce - 1 tsp
- chili pepper (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy the incredible taste and benefits of the dish.
Other benefits of nectarines and avocados
Nectarines are rich in potassium, iodine, zinc, folic acid, ascorbic acid, vitamins A and C, and fiber. This fruit is beneficial for the nervous system and blood vessels. Substances in nectarines improve joint function, strengthen memory, boost the immune system, and are beneficial for peristalsis.
