The Russian leader is not seeking peace negotiations. A meeting between the leaders of Ukraine and Russia should not take place in Moscow - it must be a neutral location, states American political influencer Laura Loomer in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
She mentioned that negotiations could potentially take place at the White House or at Mar-a-Lago.
"But I think that Putin is trying to troll Zelenskyy. Last week, we saw the Kremlin release a statement saying that they invited Zelenskyy to Moscow for meetings. Why would Zelenskyy go to Moscow when the Russians are constantly trying to assassinate him?" Loomer noted.
She recalled how Putin's opposition was treated during the elections in the aggressor state, noting that they were arrested, held in a Siberian prison camp, and then poisoned.

Loomer emphasized that this would be a "suicidal move." She also believes that the Russian President is not foolish.
"It just seems like a bad-faith effort to say, "Okay, yeah, I'm going to have negotiations, but you have to come to Moscow." The negotiations should not be in Russia, and they should not be in Ukraine," she said.
Loomer previously suggested that the sharp rhetoric of US President Donald Trump regarding Volodymyr Zelenskyy might be linked to the Ukrainian leader's criticism of the diesel deal.
Furthermore, according to Loomer, Trump is frustrated by the lack of noticeable progress in ending the war between Russia and Ukraine.
