Putin reveals daily volunteering numbers for war among Russians
Every day, over a thousand Russians voluntarily sign contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense to join the army, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As the Kremlin leader stated, Russians sign contracts with the Ministry of Defense to defend their country.
"This year, every day, on average, more than a thousand people are entering military service under a contract. People are voluntarily going to the front," Putin said.
The dictator also emphasized the need for Russia to continue expanding its military and technical cooperation with its partners and allies, whom he considers to be most countries in the world.
Mobilization in Russian army
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that Russian occupiers conduct daily raids in public places and filtration procedures at checkpoints in temporarily occupied Mariupol. These "raids" target, among other things, the forced mobilization of local residents.
In the spring of this year, UK intelligence reported that Russia recruits about 30,000 new soldiers each month, allowing them to cover losses and continue the war against Ukraine.
Furthermore, Ukraine's Minister of Defense, Rustem Umerov, revealed that Russia continues to increase the size of its army and is creating new brigades for the war against Ukraine.
