Putin ready for another meeting with Trump, Kremlin says

Russian leader Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with US President Donald Trump if a concrete agreement is reached to hold formal talks, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, according to RIA Novosti.
"Putin remains ready for another meeting with Trump," Peskov said.
However, he also acknowledged that there are currently no concrete details on the matter.
The Kremlin spokesperson added that talks between the Russian leader and the head of the White House are impossible without a formal agreement.
Against this backdrop, Peskov reiterated that Moscow's position on a possible meeting between Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy remains unchanged.
"If he (Zelenskyy - ed.) wishes, he can come to Moscow," Peskov said.
According to Peskov, arranging a meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy before work is carried out at the expert level would be pointless, as it would allegedly be a waste of time.
"There are currently no prerequisites for moving to a peace track in negotiations on Ukraine, although Russia remains open to them," Peskov cynically lied.
Moreover, the Kremlin spokesperson once again complained that Kyiv's allies are actively supplying the Armed Forces of Ukraine with weapons and providing Ukraine with financial support.
He also began making claims that Britain is "stoking Russophobic sentiment."
"Germany, France, and many other European countries are doing the same in unison with it," Peskov lied.
Trump said the previous day that he could meet with Putin again.
In addition, the US president made a new statement about ending Russia's war against Ukraine.
