Russia's authorities are preparing to use temporarily seized Ukrainian territories to support the war. Under orders from Russian President Vladimir Putin, the Russian government is developing proposals for deploying military infrastructure on these lands, according to the Center of National Resistance (CNS).

The CNS emphasized that the Kremlin is no longer hiding its intentions. According to reports, the Russian government has been instructed by Putin to draft proposals for using land in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine to build logistics hubs, railways, and other facilities to serve the army's needs.

"Officially: the occupied regions are a resource for war, not liberated territory. Moscow destroys cities and now exploits and repurposes infrastructure for war," the CNS stated.

The CNS also noted that Russia is using the occupation to maintain control over territory and logistics to prolong its war.

"Against Ukraine. Against the entire free world," the CNS added.

Meanwhile, Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers has supported a resolution to establish national resistance training centers in every region of the country.

Deputy Head of the Office of the President Iryna Vereshchuk first announced the creation of these national resistance centers back in February.

At the time, she noted that the first and most crucial step in the process was to prepare a sufficient number of instructors. According to her, veterans and volunteers are being considered as the primary candidates for these roles.
