The boat Ivanovets destroyed by Ukrainian soldiers, was to some extent a pride of the Russian fleet. There were only three such vessels, according to a representative of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, Andrii Yusov.

Yusov states that Ukrainian naval drones played a role in the destruction of the Ivanovets boat, continuing to demonstrate their effectiveness.

"We witnessed a direct hit, the footage was seen worldwide. This is a serious, important, and successful special operation of the Defense Intelligence and Group 13, and such operations will undoubtedly continue," emphasizes the representative of the military intelligence.

According to him, the destruction of the boat is a significant outcome, given that there were only three similar missile boats in the arsenal of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, but now it is "minus one."

He adds that the ship was, to some extent, a pride of the Russian fleet, which failed to "cope with challenges." The boat was destroyed during its combat duty, with no chance of recovery.

Ivanovets

Earlier, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine reported the destruction of the Russian missile boat Ivanovets. As a result of two direct hits on the hull, it sank in Lake Donuzlav on the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea.

According to the Naval Forces, the ship could have had 40 Russian sailors on board.
