Blockade of the border with Poland

As a reminder, since November 6, Polish carriers have been blocking the movement of freight transport on the border with Ukraine.

The Polish side is demanding a ban on the registration of transport companies with foreign capital in Poland, as well as the resumption of issuing EU entry permits to Ukrainian carriers and improved border services.

As a result, the movement of freight transport on the Ukrainian-Polish border has been hampered. The blockade has resulted in long queues of hundreds of trucks.

However, it has recently become known that Ukrainian and Polish officials have agreed on an action plan to unblock the border crossing points. Polish officials, for their part, announced their intention to unblock the border by the end of the year.
