Polish PM stays away from duty until Wednesday due to medical procedure
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk will not perform his duties until Wednesday, November 13. This is due to a medical procedure, reports the press service of the Polish government.
“The Government Information Center reports that Prime Minister Donald Tusk has undergone a routine medical procedure. He will return to his official duties next Wednesday,” the statement said.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk recently said that the future of Europe does not depend on the US elections but on the countries of the continent themselves. According to him, the era of geopolitical outsourcing has come to an end.
Yesterday, Tusk's statements appeared in the information space that the United States was allegedly preparing important “solutions” regarding Ukraine. In particular, he said that in the near future, the United States can be expected to issue a declaration that will specify the date of the ceasefire, the border on which the document will be valid, and security guarantees for Ukraine.
Today, the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to Tusk's statement, reminded that Ukraine must determine its own path to peace.
