Overnight Russian strike hits Ukrainian city of Chernihiv, killing two

In the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv, rescuers have completed a search and rescue operation following Russia's overnight attack. The bodies of two people were recovered from the rubble, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
"Chernihiv: Emergency rescue operations completed, bodies of 2 victims recovered from the rubble," the rescuers reported.

Ukraine came under a massive Russian attack on the night of June 6.
Explosions were heard in Chernihiv, where several impacts were reported.
According to Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Russian forces used Shahed drones, ballistic missiles, and a cruise missile in the attack.
It was later reported that two security guards at an industrial facility were trapped under the rubble.
