Overnight attack on Kharkiv: 57 Ukrainians injured in fire
The number of injured from the overnight attack by Russian terrorists in Kharkiv has risen to 57. The death toll may increase, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
According to Terekhov, the victims are residents of Kotelna Street who have been left homeless, without documents, personal belongings, and money.
"We are collecting warm clothes. We will be resettling people. There is an option to accommodate them in dormitories. There they can stay as long as needed. We have reached agreements with international funds on the installation of mobile houses so that people can live in them - they have everything necessary for life," Terekhov said.
Rescue operation continues
According to the Mayor, the State Emergency Service (SES), National Police, and the Prosecutor's Office continue their work, including the rescue operation.
"I do not exclude the likelihood that more bodies will be found," he added.
Currently, 7 deaths are confirmed. Among the deceased is a family of 5 people.
Massive attack on Ukraine
Tonight, on February 10, the enemy launched 31 combat UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type against Ukraine from the territory of the temporarily occupied Crimea and the Russian Federation. The main directions of the attack were the Odesa and Kharkiv regions.
During the combat operation, Ukrainian defenders managed to destroy 23 enemy drones within the Odesa and Kharkiv regions.
