Previous attacks in occupied Luhansk

This is far from the first attack on Luhansk, including strikes targeting oil infrastructure in the occupied city.

On September 4 an oil depot in occupied Luhansk, used to supply fuel to Russian occupying forces, was attacked.

There were also reports of Ukrainian strikes on occupied Luhansk that hit Russian fuel and lubricant storage facilities.

RBC-Ukraine previously reported that the Kremlin’s war effort has also affected Luhansk, with schools left without heating in winter as funding was redirected to the war.
