Odesa under heavy Russian drone attack as homes, hotel and cars hit

On the night of April 27, Russian forces launched a massive drone attack on Odesa. Following the enemy strikes, fires broke out, and damage was recorded, according to Telegram posts by Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa City Military Administration, and Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
"Odesa is under a massive enemy attack. Preliminary reports indicate a hit on a residential building. We are clarifying all the information," Lysak said in a message at 1:57 a.m. Kyiv time.
A few minutes later, Oleh Kiper stated that the preliminary aftermath proved to be more extensive. In particular, at least several facilities were damaged.
"According to preliminary information, as a result of the enemy attack on Odesa, a residential building, a hotel building, and private cars have been damaged. Unfortunately, there is information about casualties. Within the city, drone debris falls have also been recorded. Local fires broke out at the scenes," he said.
Note that as of now, Odesa has been under drone attack for more than an hour.

In Odesa, as a result of the Russian attack, there were at least 9 injured, but almost immediately it became known that the number of injured had risen to 13. At the same time, the Regional Military Administration reported additional consequences of the attack.
"Several districts of the city have recorded damage to civilian infrastructure, including two residential buildings, a hotel, storage facilities, and cars," Kiper said.
Other attacks on Odesa and the region
On the night of April 26, the Russians again attempted to attack the Odesa region with drones. As a result of the attack, port and logistics infrastructure facilities, warehouses, cargo storage tanks, administrative buildings, and cargo transport were damaged.
The enemy also damaged a civilian vessel flying the flag of Palau, which was in the port during loading. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
On the night of February 24, the Russian army launched a massive attack on Odesa. Homes were damaged, apartments caught fire, and other consequences were recorded.
