Odesa hit by Russian attack: Тumber of injured surges, children wounded

On the morning of September 13, Russian forces launched a new aerial attack on Odesa, with the number of people injured steadily rising over the past several hours, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration (Regional Military Administration).
Lysak reported the new enemy attack at around 9:30 a.m. At that time, it was known that residential buildings had come under attack.
An hour later, he уточнив that five people were known to have been injured in the massive enemy attack on the city.
"Residential buildings were damaged in several districts of the city. We are still determining the full extent of the consequences," Lysak wrote.

At 11:20 a.m., the regional administration head said that nine people had already sought medical attention. He also warned that the number of injured could rise again.

According to Lysak, apartment buildings and private homes, as well as other civilian infrastructure, were damaged.

"Municipal and emergency services are working at the sites. Emergency response centers have been set up to provide residents with the necessary assistance and consultations," the regional administration head added.

At around noon, it became known that 20 people had been injured in the Russian strikes.

"Two children are among them: a boy born in 2010 and a girl born in 2017. The aftermath of the attack is still being dealt with," Lysak emphasized.
