Number of injured rises in Kyiv region after Russian strike: See the aftermath

As a result of the enemy attack, the number of injured has increased. Earlier reports mentioned 16 people; the number has now risen to 29, according to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
The enemy attacked the region with combat drones, ballistic, and cruise missiles. The air raid alert lasted for nearly nine hours.
Five districts of Kyiv region came under fire, with numerous damages recorded to residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and vehicles.

In Obukhiv district, firefighters discovered the bodies of a man and a woman while extinguishing a fire in a hangar and a building.
In Bucha district, a 49-year-old man died as a result of the destruction of a private house.
Another person died in Fastiv district; their body was found during fire suppression efforts.
Earlier reports stated 16 injured, but the number has now doubled to 29. Civilians in various districts of the region came under enemy fire.
Injuries and damage
In Bila Tserkva district, six people were injured. Five have been hospitalized, including two girls aged 10 and 13. Damage was reported to enterprise hangars, three private houses, outbuildings, and vehicles.
In Bucha district, 12 people were injured, including one child. Two men remain hospitalized. Damage was reported to 39 private houses and warehouse facilities.
In Fastiv district, 11 people were injured, including three children. Private houses and vehicles were damaged.
In Vyshhorod district, a garage and vehicles sustained damage.
In Obukhiv district, a private house, two cars, a hangar, and an educational facility were also damaged. Windows were broken and the gym wall was damaged at a local gymnasium.
Attack on Kyiv region
As a result of the Russian attack in Kyiv region, houses, warehouse buildings, and other structures were damaged. According to the State Emergency Service, four people were killed and 23 were injured, including three children.
During the attack on Zhytomyr region, Russian occupiers killed three children aged 8, 12, and 17. Rescuers recovered the body of one child.
