In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian infantry tried to hide in pipes, drainage collectors, and forest belts, but the Ukrainian Armed Forces discovered and eliminated them, according to the 5th Separate Assault Kyiv Brigade.

"Infantry in the pipes is no longer infantry," the military emphasized.

According to the soldiers, there are places in the Kramatorsk direction where the enemy keeps trying to infiltrate — pipes, drainage collectors, and forest belts.

"They think it’s safe there. But our operators work accurately and systematically. Another destruction of infantry in the pipes is a confirmed minus to the enemy’s unit. Don’t hide. We will find you anyway," the brigade added.

Russian forces suffered losses of over a thousand personnel over the past day.

Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed enemy tanks, armored combat vehicles, artillery systems, air defense systems, and other military equipment.

This morning, the General Staff of Ukraine updated the situation in each direction of the front line and released new battle maps showing current developments.

As of the evening of July 15, 148 combat engagements were recorded on the Ukrainian front. The enemy was most active in the Pokrovsk direction.

At the same time, analysts from the Institute for the Study of War reported new enemy attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses.
