Not just Putin. Zelenskyy reveals who Ukraine is ready to talk to in Russia about peace

Ukraine is ready for dialogue with the Russian opposition. If there are those in Russia who want to end the war, Kyiv could engage in negotiations, according to a statement from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a briefing.
"This is like ping-pong — what Putin says doesn't always get a response. I think, in principle, we would agree to talk not to him, but to someone who would represent Russia," Zelenskyy emphasized.
The President noted that, in his opinion, if there are people, businesses, and various regions in Russia, including serious business sectors, Ukraine would be ready to communicate with them if they have a vision for ending the war.
"If they are ready to go against what Putin doesn't want to end, but some people want to, why not? I think there is some opposition there that fears Putin. Maybe they won't be afraid if Europe, America, and Ukraine are ready to talk to the opposition. Why not?" he concluded.
Putin shows an unwillingness to negotiate a ceasefire with Ukraine
We have repeatedly reported on Putin's actions that contradict the agreements on a ceasefire. Specifically, after agreeing to a temporary ceasefire, Russian forces continued attacking Ukrainian territories, raising doubts about the Kremlin's true intentions for peace.
Additionally, Putin has set new conditions that complicate the peace negotiation process.
It is also noteworthy that when Putin rejected the US proposal for a complete 30-day ceasefire, he outlined the conditions under which combat operations could be halted.
In particular, the Kremlin leader demanded the cessation of mobilization in Ukraine and the provision of military aid and intelligence.
