No-bake cake in 20 minutes: Creamy treat for instant sweet cravings

A light peach cake can become a true centerpiece of the table. Juicy fruit, delicate cream, and crisp biscuits come together to create a perfect dessert that requires no oven, no long waiting time, and no complicated ingredients, according to Ukrainian chef Ivan Yaniuk on his YouTube channel.
Quick peach cake recipe
Ingredients:
- Savoiardi – 1 package
- Coffee – 200 ml
- Sour cream – 550 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Condensed milk – 300 g
- Gelatin – 25 g
- Water – 100 g
- Canned peaches – 800 g
Instructions:
Line the sides of the cake mold with parchment paper. Dip each biscuit into brewed and cooled coffee. Arrange them tightly on the bottom of the mold to form a crust.
In a bowl, beat the sour cream and condensed milk with a mixer.

In a saucepan, add the gelatin to the water and heat until it reaches a boil. Add the gelatin to the cream and mix until well combined.
Pour half of the cream over the biscuit base and spread it evenly. Then, place canned peaches or any other berries into the mold.
After that, dip the biscuits in coffee again and arrange them in the mold. Add another layer of peaches and pour the remaining cream on top.
Refrigerate the cake for 2 to 3 hours.
