The United States will provide Ukraine with new weaponry as part of the latest military aid package. Specifically, HIMARS missiles will be included, reports Associated Press.

An unnamed official stated in a comment to the publication that the $200 million package will include weaponry from the Pentagon's stockpiles, namely:

  • Additional ammunition for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS)
  • High-speed anti-radiation missiles

  • Anti-armor systems

  • Artillery rounds

  • Missiles

  • Demolition munitions

  • 4 million rounds of small arms ammunition

  • Generators and other equipment and spare parts

With this aid package, the U.S. has approximately $4.4 billion remaining for weaponry that it can provide from the Pentagon's reserves.
