Mojtaba Khamenei in severe condition and unable to lead Iran, intel says

Iran's Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, is unconscious and undergoing treatment for a serious illness in the city of Qom; as a result, he is unable to govern the country, according to The Times of Israel.
Citing a diplomatic note from US-Israeli intelligence shared with allies in the Persian Gulf, that Mojtaba Khamenei is being treated in Qom, in severe condition, unable to participate in any decision-making by the regime
According to media reports, this is the first time a report has publicly revealed Khamenei’s whereabouts since the start of the war, when he was believed to have been wounded during the initial strikes on February 28.
The document also details preparations for the burial of his father and former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Qom after he was killed during the initial strikes on Iran at the start of the armed conflict.

The son of the late Ali Khamenei, Mojtaba Khamenei, was elected as Iran’s new supreme leader. Recently, for only the second time since his appointment, he addressed the nation without video or audio, raising doubts about his capacity to lead.
Khamenei Jr. miraculously survived the attack on his bunker. He managed to leave the facility seconds before the strike, but was wounded.
There were also reports that he was secretly sent to Moscow because he required surgery following the US and Israeli attack. He is allegedly undergoing treatment at one of the Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin’s residences.
