Ministry of Defense: Unmanned Systems Forces will enable deep strikes on Russia
The Unmanned Systems Forces will allow them to strike the Russian army to the fullest possible depth - up to the Urals, according to the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ivan Havryliuk.
"We have a good prospect for victory in the war against Russia. We can achieve this victory thanks to your intelligence, your perseverance, and your efforts to protect the lives and health of our servicemen, increasingly involving robots and unmanned systems in combat missions in the air, on land, and at sea," Havryliuk stated.
He added that the new branch of the troops would enable strikes on the enemy to the full possible depth: from our combat formations to the Urals.
According to the Deputy Minister, Ukraine is the only country in the world that is already completing the formation of such troops.
In turn, the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, Vadym Sukharevskyi, notes that Ukraine is studying the experience of modern war and immediately implementing changes.
"Today, we have shown the world that Ukraine has moved away from a conservative approach. Today, we have created a precedent. Thus, we are ready to dictate the rules of this war for future successes," he said.
It is noted that the symbol of the new branch of the military is a swallow, created by a neural network. According to the command's intention, the swallow is one of the most revered symbols in Ukrainian culture, which means a message of victory.

Today, June 11, the Ministry of Defense presented a new branch of the Ukrainian Armed Forces - the Unmanned Systems Forces.
In February this year, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy put a task to the Cabinet of Ministers and the General Staff to address the creation of the Unmanned Systems Forces as a separate branch within the Armed Forces.
Yesterday, June 10, Ukraine appointed the Commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces. Colonel Vadym Sukharevskyi was appointed to this position.
