The temporarily occupied Crimea is under massive attack by unknown flying objects. An alarm has been declared on the peninsula, according to Crimean Wind media and Sevastopol occupation governor Mikhail Razvozhayev.

At approximately 11:06 p.m. Kyiv time, Razvozhayev reported that an air raid alert had been declared in Crimea.

He later stated that air defense forces had allegedly destroyed three air targets over the sea near Sevastopol. Razvozhayev said that no infrastructure in the city had been damaged.

Almost immediately after that, monitoring channels began reporting that the peninsula was under a large-scale drone attack.

Attacks on occupied Crimea

On the night of June 13, a series of powerful explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Crimea. Social media was flooded with posts about drone attacks and the active work of Russian air defense forces.

RBC-Ukraine has compiled the main information about this attack.

Shortly before that, on June 3, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) carried out another unique operation and struck the Crimean Bridge for the third time. This time, the structurally complex part of the Kerch Bridge was attacked.

According to the SBU, the operation had been in preparation for several months. First, SBU agents mined the supports of the Crimean Bridge, and on the day of the operation, without any civilian casualties, the first explosive device was activated at 4:44 a.m.

On the evening of June 5, a massive air raid siren swept across the occupied Crimean peninsula again, sounding five times. Explosions were heard near Krasnoperekopsk, Armiansk, Novofedorivka, and in the Saky district.
