Iran has detained dozens of people suspected of spying for Israel. They are accused of passing information about military sites and economic infrastructure amid ongoing airstrikes, according to Reuters.

Details of arrests across regions

The Iranian media reports that mass arrests took place in several parts of the country. In the northwest, provincial prosecutors reported the detention of 20 people.

Investigators say they passed the coordinates of military units and security facilities to Israel.

Meanwhile, another 10 people were taken into custody in the northeast of the country. They are suspected of collecting information about critical economic infrastructure and other sensitive locations.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said the United States and Israel are recruiting "mercenaries and spies" to destabilize the situation in the country alongside military operations.

Separate arrests were also reported in the western province of Lorestan, where three people were accused of "seeking to disturb public opinion and burn mourning symbols."

Israel's new strategy

According to sources familiar with Israel's military strategy, the offensive against Iran has entered a new phase.

Strikes on checkpoints and security facilities are now increasingly carried out based on tips from informants directly on-site.

War scenarios, peace conditions

The escalation in Iran comes amid one of the most powerful bombardments the United States has launched against the country's strategic sites.

Despite the massive attacks, Washington is leaving a window open for negotiations. US President Donald Trump has already outlined conditions for a possible deal with Tehran, though they require the complete surrender of Iran's ambitions.

Experts outline three main scenarios for how the conflict could unfold—from a grand deal to a full-scale war. At the same time, the United States continues to apply pressure, warning of another strike if Iranian authorities do not make concessions soon.
