Mandarin tiramisu ready in 10 minutes: Quick festive treat that steals spotlight

Mandarin tiramisu is a seasonal variation of the classic Italian dessert with the addition of mandarin juice. The recipe allows you to prepare a fragrant dessert in just 10 minutes, says Ukrainian food blogger Alex Mil on Instagram.
Mandarin tiramisu
You will need the following ingredients:
- Cream – 300 g (33–36%)
- Mascarpone – 250 g
- Powdered sugar – 50 g
- Mandarins – 400 g plus 1–2 for decoration
- Savoiardi biscuits – 200 g
The total cooking time is 10 minutes, plus overnight refrigeration. Per 100 g: calories – 303, protein – 3.7 g, fats – 19.4 g, carbohydrates – 27.3 g.
Instructions:
Peel the mandarins and blend them into a purée. Strain the juice through a sieve. Pour the cream into a bowl and whip with a mixer until soft and creamy, about 4-6 minutes.
Add the powdered sugar and mascarpone, then mix everything on low speed. Taste the cream to make sure it is sweet enough.
Dip the biscuits into the mandarin juice and arrange a layer of biscuits in a dish. Spread a layer of cream on top. Repeat to make two layers. Refrigerate overnight, and it's ready.
Before serving, decorate with mandarin slices.
