Macron warns: If Putin isn't stopped, he could target Moldova and Romania

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may move on to Moldova, and possibly Romania, if he is not stopped. Europe's security is at stake.
This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron, according to La Tribune.
He noted that Russia poses an existential threat to Europe like never before.
“At our borders, there is a rearmed and aggressive Russia. He (Putin) is carrying out terrorist actions and large-scale disinformation campaigns here in Europe,” Macron said.
In the opinion of the French president, if no one stops Putin, he “will inevitably move on to Moldova and possibly further to Romania.”
“Our security is at stake,” added Emmanuel Macron.
Cooperation between Ukraine and France
Currently, France is one of Ukraine's key partners. The Ukrainian army is receiving military aid from France, including artillery, Mirage 2000 aircraft, armored vehicles, ammunition, long-range missiles, air defense systems, and other weapons.
Additionally, French President Emmanuel Macron was the first to propose the idea of considering the possibility of deploying a peacekeeping contingent in Ukraine.
Recently, Macron visited Washington, where he discussed the war in Ukraine with US President Donald Trump. This occurred before the conflict erupted between Presidents Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Trump.
Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer are acting as intermediaries between Ukraine and the US, helping to facilitate dialogue.
