EU summit
A special EU summit on Ukraine will take place on March 6, and the bloc's leaders continue to seek a common position on the future of the peace process.
The European Council is also planning to discuss the possibility of having a representative participate in future negotiations on the war. Costa said that Europe welcomed Trump's diplomatic efforts, but emphasized that the decision to hold peace talks was solely up to Ukraine.
Costa emphasized that this war is not only about Ukraine but also about European security. Therefore, Europe should be represented in the negotiations.
