The expert said that, firstly, anyone can lose weight without physical exercise, even people who are not overweight. The question is whether your body will look good without physical activity.
"Physical exercise, especially strength training, allows you to maintain muscle while losing weight. And this, in turn, means aesthetics," Viktor said.
According to the coach, weight loss without exercise is possible, but it is much better with exercise if you also want to focus on the quality of the body and the way it looks after losing weight.
