Lithuanian MFA urges NATO to provide Ukraine with necessary weapons for victory over Russia

Lithuania urges NATO countries to provide Ukraine with all necessary weaponry to achieve victory over Russia, states Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis.
"Ukraine proves every day that it can effectively resist the aggressor, and we need to strengthen the Alliance's will and actions to support Ukraine, which is fighting for the security of the entire Euro-Atlantic space. NATO countries should provide Ukraine with all the necessary weapons to achieve victory," he stated.
Assistance to Ukraine from Lithuania
Lithuania is one of Ukraine's allies, providing our country not only with arms and military equipment but also training for our military. Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, Vilnius has been providing multifaceted assistance to Ukraine.
On November 22, Lithuania delivered another package of military aid to Ukraine, including 3 million units of ammunition, remote detonation systems, and more.
Additionally, Vilnius recently supplied two launcher units for the NASAMS (National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System) anti-aircraft missile complex.
