Veterans First for America has unveiled the QAIAx 4E HRR Model Series, a quantum-based system designed to create a person's digital DNA and transfer it into humanoid robots, according to Globe Newswire.

Robots with digital DNA, human identity preservation

The QAIAx 4E HRR Model Series is designed to preserve a person's identity after death. The technology is based on creating a digital DNA profile, allowing digital replicas to continue interacting with family members or colleagues.

Data is collected using a specialized suit equipped with 40 sensors.

The suit records:

  • A person's movements and physical responses
  • Vital signs
  • Professional expertise and practical skills.

The resulting digital profile is then transferred to humanoid robots or recreated through holographic projections.

Families and businesses will be able to manage these digital profiles through trusts or estate funds. The technological replica of a person could continue working, teaching, or communicating with future generations.

Licensing costs range from $300,000 for 100 years of use to $1 million for 500 years.

Interestingly, the technology was originally developed as an AI system to provide legal assistance to military veterans and process their claims.

Clinical trials, autonomous microcities

The project is part of the QAIAx Clinical Trial (PRS) program, which focuses on mental health support.

The concept envisions creating 300 decentralized "microcities" within US military and federal enclaves, as well as in countries with relevant bilateral agreements.

The network is designed to accommodate up to 1 million registered residents and will operate under a 90/10 hybrid model:

  • 90% of municipal operations will be handled by AI and automated machines
  • Remaining 10% will be carried out by human auditors responsible for overseeing complex situations and clinical decisions.

Automated systems will also manage water recycling, agriculture, utilities, and infrastructure.

The medical program includes 11 intervention groups, covering PTSD, substance use disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and post-incarceration rehabilitation.

Alternative supply chains

To manufacture its humanoid robots, the developers plan to establish their own resource hubs in West Africa and Western Australia. Sourcing raw materials from Africa and Australia is intended to reduce dependence on Chinese industry.

The program's open preparatory phase is scheduled to begin in October, while a waiting list for military veterans opened in July.

At the same time, the technology's claimed capabilities require extensive scientific, legal, ethical, and technical validation, and no official launch date has been announced yet.
