The MAGA movement is categorically opposed to providing any additional funds to any country, so it is unlikely that the issue is focused exclusively on Ukraine, states one of the most prominent conservative influencers in the US, Laura Loomer, in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
"You see the way that a lot of people in MAGA now are hostile to Israel. It's not just Ukraine. It's the concept of taxpayer funds going abroad, period. Ukraine is just the most glaring example, but I don't think that there's an irrational hatred towards Ukrainian people," she noted.
Loomer suggested that some people may harbor hatred toward Ukrainians, but at the same time emphasized that she does not want people to think that MAGA supporters hate Ukrainians.
"You also have the Democratic Socialists of America in the Democratic Party who are openly against the Ukrainian people, and a lot of these people that are pushing progressive DSA policies are literally funded by Russia. When you look at some of these podcasters, they're literally agents of Russia," the influencer stated.

MAGA (Make America Great Again) is a political movement in the US associated with President Donald Trump.
It formed during his 2016 presidential campaign, and the name derives from Trump's main campaign slogan.
The movement unites supporters of the America First policy, which prioritizes US national interests, strengthens immigration control, and supports American manufacturing.
Loomer previously suggested that the sharp rhetoric of US President Donald Trump regarding Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy might be linked to the Ukrainian leader's criticism of the diesel deal.
Furthermore, according to Loomer, Trump is frustrated by the lack of noticeable progress in ending the war between Russia and Ukraine.
