Kyiv region hit by Russian drone and missile barrage, several injured

During the attack on the night of June 24, not only Kyiv was affected – Russia attacked the Kyiv region with drones, cruise missiles, and ballistic missiles. There are casualties, states the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, on Telegram.
Three people sustained injuries.
In the Fastiv district, two women were hospitalised. In the Bucha district, a man was injured – medics provided him with assistance on the spot.
Consequences of the attack were recorded in all districts of the Kyiv region:
- Fastiv district – private houses and an apartment building were damaged;
- Bucha district – an enterprise, warehouses, an apartment building, and three private houses were affected;
- Obukhiv and Brovary districts – private residences were damaged;
- Bila Tserkva district – the territory of a garage cooperative was affected;
- Vyshhorod district – a private house and an apartment building were damaged;
- Boryspil district – outbuildings were damaged.
Rescuers, medics, police, and emergency services are working on the scenes.
"The enemy attack is ongoing. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones," Kalashnyk said.
The same night, Russia launched a massive attack on Kyiv with ballistic missiles and kamikaze drones. Debris fell in the Podilskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Obolonskyi, and other districts – a total of ten people were injured. One person was killed.
During this attack, Russia struck two schools in the Shevchenkivskyi district. In one, the entrance to a shelter where people were inside was blocked; in the other, a fire broke out on the second floor.
