Kyiv death toll reaches 25 after Russia’s massive strike

The number of people killed in Russia’s massive strike on Kyiv on the night of August 28 has risen to 25, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Telegram.
According to the head of state, he held talks with European Council President António Costa. He thanked Costa for his sincere condolences to the Ukrainians who lost loved ones in Russia’s massive strike.
"At this moment, 25 people are reported dead, including four children, and dozens have been injured," Zelenskyy added.
He emphasized that this was an utterly vile attack by Russia, demonstrating the true intentions of Russian President Vladimir Putin to continue killing rather than take steps toward ending the war.
