Kremlin spokesperson threatens Ukraine with 'price' for strikes

The Kremlin justified its strikes on Ukraine and cynically promised that Russia would make sure no one would ever again dare to plan "devastating strikes" against it, according to Russian media.
According to Peskov, Ukraine will allegedly "have to pay a price" for its actions in recent months - and, he claims, this is already happening in the form of strikes by the Russian military.
Regarding negotiations on Ukraine, Peskov provided no specific information, only saying that the Kremlin chief had allegedly "spoken very extensively" about Russia's position.
Regarding the United States, the spokesperson said that dialogue on arms control should have been resumed "yesterday."
Meanwhile, on the Lyman sector, Ukrainian forces liberated several settlements and captured more than 250 prisoners - Russian troops surrendered as entire units, along with their officers.
As RBC-Ukraine reported, ISW analysts consider it unlikely that the Kremlin chief will agree to an energy truce.
According to preliminary data, he is once again betting on long-range strikes against Ukraine in winter.
