Kremlin says third round of Ukraine talks will be set after prisoner exchanges

The Kremlin wants the date of the third round of talks with Ukraine to be set after the prisoner exchange is completed, reports TASS, citing Putin's spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
According to him, Ukraine and Russia are now implementing the humanitarian agreements that were reached during the second round of talks in Istanbul.
“After all the procedures that were agreed upon are completed, the next step will be to determine the dates of the third round,” Peskov added.
