Kremlin envoy seeks to interest Trump in a deal
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Dmitriev offered the US an economic cooperation package worth $12 trillion.
Following this, the Russian special envoy claimed that American businesses had allegedly lost over $300 billion due to anti-Russian sanctions, while the potential of joint projects was estimated at $14 trillion.
Recently, Bloomberg reported that Russia is attempting to curry favor with the US leader. To this end, the Kremlin developed a strategy of economic rapprochement with the administration of Donald Trump, which involves an overhaul of Russia’s financial policies.
According to an internal document obtained by the outlet, Moscow is offering the US a seven-point package of joint interests, the main point being Russia’s return to the dollar-based payment system.
