Kremlin denies talks with US in Saudi Arabia this week

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov says that Russia and the United States will not hold talks this week in Saudi Arabia, according to Russia's TASS.

Today, the media reported that senior officials of the White House administration of President Donald Trump would meet separately with the delegations of Ukraine and Russia in Saudi Arabia.
The CNN source did not disclose details about who exactly will be present at the talks.
What Peskov says
Peskov denied that Russia and the United States plan to hold talks in Saudi Arabia this week. He also said that the resumption of relations between Russia and the United States is still at an early stage, and that there is a long, hard road ahead.
Negotiations in Saudi Arabia
Talks between the Ukrainian and American delegations will take place in Jeddah on Tuesday, March 11. This will be preceded by Zelenskyy's visit to Saudi Arabia, but he will not participate in the meeting of the delegations.
On February 18, the first talks between the US and Russian delegations since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine took place in Riyadh.
The second meeting took place on February 27 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
