Krakow terror attack: Police reveal details about perpetrator

The deadly terrorist attack in the center of Krakow was carried out by a 25-year-old Polish citizen. He killed six people and injured another twelve, according to RMF FM.
Polish police reported that the suspect in the attack on the Main Market Square is currently in custody.
The authorities emphasized that the man involved in the shooting is a citizen of Poland.
Law enforcement officers also refuted reports of a police officer's death and information about a possible second attacker.
"The only known perpetrator of the incident is in police custody," the department clarified.
Journalists learned from their insiders that the shooting in the center of Krakow was carried out by a 25-year-old man.
According to their data, the attacker drove onto the Main Market Square in a black Subaru car and then began shooting at random passersby.
The assailant used an AR-15 rifle for the attack. It is also known that he was dressed in a camouflage uniform.
As a result of the shooting, at least six people were killed, and 12 others were injured. Among the victims were two police officers.
Law enforcement officers wounded the attacker at the intersection of Stradomska and Dietla streets. He was then transported to one of Krakow's hospitals, where medics are providing him with intensive care.

The police emphasized that the man acted alone.
