Knife attack in German park leaves several dead

An unidentified individual armed with a knife attacked pedestrians in a park in the German city of Aschaffenburg. Reports confirm injuries and fatalities, Die Welt reports.
Preliminary information indicates that several people suffered serious injuries from a sharp-edged weapon, including a child and three adults.
According to BILD, the attack resulted in the deaths of one adult and one child, while two others were hospitalized.
Police initially detained two suspects. It was also reported that one of the suspects tried to flee via railway tracks. Later, it was clarified that the second person was a witness who was being questioned.
Tragedy in New Orleans
Earlier, In New Orleans, a pickup truck drove into a crowd of people celebrating the New Year. It is known that 10 people were killed and 30 others were injured. Initially, the media reported that the driver who committed the attack had not yet been detained.
Recently, a similar terrorist attack took place in Germany, where a car drove into people at a Christmas market, resulting in numerous fatalities.
