Attacks on Kherson

Russian forces regularly shell Kherson, using drones and other means of attack.

A little over a week ago, the head of the Kherson Military-Civilian Administration, Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, reported that the Kherson CHP (Combined Heat and Power Plant) is under constant Russian fire. As a result, services were unable to begin addressing the aftermath.

In addition, at noon on Christmas, the Russian forces carried out a massive attack on the city center. The city market was hit while people were present there.
