Kharkiv hit again: Russia targets gas station, casualties reported

Russian occupation forces attacked Kharkiv with drones on Saturday morning, May 2. Gas stations were once again among the targets, with reports of injuries, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.
Initially, a Shahed drone strike was recorded in the Slobidskyi district of the city. The attack damaged residential buildings.
Another drone hit the Saltivskyi district. Later, an additional strike was recorded in the Osnovianskyi district.
According to preliminary information, in both districts enemy drones struck gas station facilities. A car dealership building was also damaged.
The number of injured has increased to two.
A total of three people were reported injured as a result of the enemy attack: a 47-year-old man sustained a wound with damage to his left shoulder blade, while an 89-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman suffered acute stress reactions.
The injured received necessary medical assistance.
According to Syniehubov, glazing at a car dealership and four vehicles were damaged in Kharkiv's Osnovianskyi district.

All emergency services are working at the scene, and efforts to eliminate the consequences of the strike are ongoing.
Russia massively attacks gas stations in Kharkiv
As a reminder, yesterday morning, May 1, Russian forces attacked five districts of Kharkiv with drones. Hits on gas stations were recorded, and there are reports of injured people.
According to the State Emergency Service, Russian forces targeted five gas stations.
At two of them — in the Slobidskyi district of the city and in Chuhuiv — fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished.
The explosions damaged fuel station equipment, 10 passenger cars, and a car wash building.
