Kate Middleton and Prince William got married exactly 13 years ago and since then have been overcoming all difficulties together and celebrating their anniversary, according to the official page of the Wales couple on Instagram.

In the family of the Prince and Princess of Wales, it is a significant and symbolic celebration, which has become one of the most important events in their lives. Their union has reached 13 years.
On April 29, 2011, Prince William married his beloved Kate Middleton, who has since been a faithful and caring wife and mother to their three children.

13 years of marriage is known as the lace wedding anniversary, symbolizing life weaving its intricate patterns. Traditionally, on this day, couples are gifted with lace handkerchiefs, tablecloths, or other delicate woolen creations. However, what was gifted to the princess and prince remains unknown.
The couple only shared an archival portrait from their wedding day. In the photograph, Kate and William appear very young, smiling, and happy.

Kate is dressed in a white lace gown with a veil, which is delicately held in place by a tiara. Additionally, the princess complemented her look with chunky earrings. It's worth mentioning that the Prince's wife hasn't changed drastically over the years.
William, on the other hand, has become more serious and mature, as in the wedding day photo, the prince looks very young and infinitely happy next to Kate in a red jacket.
Of course, society is somewhat unsettled by the fact that the couple hasn't posted new photos, as last year the prince and princess took new romantic photos during a bike ride to celebrate their anniversary.
But this year, the couple limited themselves to an archival black-and-white photo with the concise caption "Today. 13 years ago." Of course, this is all due to the illness of the Princess of Wales.
