Russia’s daytime drone attack: Ukraine's Air defense neutralizes another 127 drones

Russia launched attack drones at Ukraine during the day on September 25. Some 78% of drones of various types were intercepted, but hits were reported at nearly 30 locations, according to a statement by the Ukrainian Air Force.
Daytime drone attack
During the day on September 25 (from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Kyiv time), Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 162 attack UAVs:
- Gerberas,
- Banderols/Dan-T,
- Jet-powered Shaheds,
- Drones of other types.
According to preliminary data, 76 of them were jet-powered, the Air Force said.
"Air defense forces shot down/suppressed 127 UAVs during the specified period (44 of them were jet-powered)," the Air Force said.
Hits by enemy aerial attack weapons were recorded at 27 locations, while downed targets (debris) fell at four locations.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported that overnight on September 25, Russia launched 295 attack drones at Ukraine. Air defenses shot down most of them, but there were hits.
In addition, on the night of September 24, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with anti-ship and ballistic missiles, as well as 282 attack drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the enemy targets.
