Ukrainian cyber attacks on Russian websites
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukrainian IT specialists have been targeting the websites of major Russian banks and state institutions. They have disrupted the operation of online resources such as the Russian Ministry of Defense, Roskomnadzor (Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media), and Rosaviatsia (Federal Air Transport Agency). Large and state-owned (propagandistic) media outlets have also experienced disruptions due to hacker attacks.
