ISW experts calculated amount of aid Ukraine received since Russian invasion
Ukraine has received support from U.S. allies worldwide, including Europe, Asia, and NATO countries, amounting to over $178 billion, according to an ISW report.
This amount exceeds the assistance planned by the U.S. itself, including the package currently under consideration.
Aid to Ukraine from European countries
The EU and its member states have provided Ukraine with $148.5 billion (138 billion euros), including the recently announced support package of $54 billion (50 billion euros), since Russia's full-scale invasion in February 2022.
The UK has pledged $15.1 billion for Ukraine's overall support since February 2022, with $9 billion allocated for military aid.
In February 2023, Norway reached a multi-year agreement with Ukraine for a support program that will provide Ukraine with $7 billion from 2023 to 2027.
Norway has committed to providing Ukraine with approximately $1.4 billion per year and has already allocated around $1 billion in 2022 and approximately $1.9 billion in 2023.
As part of strengthening cooperation between Turkiye and Ukraine, the leading Turkish manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles, Baykar, announced in September 2023 the opening of a new production plant for UAVs and a service center to maintain Bayraktar TB2 drones.
It is planned that the factory and service center will start operating by early 2025.
North Macedonia has sent Ukraine 10 shipments of military aid, including military equipment from Soviet times as of November 2023.
Additionally, North Macedonia is providing training to groups of Ukrainian servicemen and has committed to continuing support for Ukraine.

Aid from North America
Canada has allocated $1.8 billion for military assistance to Ukraine since February 2022.
Canadian military personnel have also trained approximately 40,000 Ukrainian military personnel and security service employees since 2015, and Canada has extended this program until March 2026.
Aid to Ukraine from Asian countries
South Korea is expanding the production of essential 155mm artillery shells to replenish Western stocks and support the continued supply of ammunition to Ukraine.
Japan pledged to allocate $4.5 billion to Ukraine in December 2023.
Japan also promised to make an additional contribution of $37 million to the NATO fund to provide additional support for Ukraine's defense in January 2024.
Aid from Australia and New Zealand
Australia has provided approximately $590 million in total military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine as of the end of October 2023.
New Zealand has provided Ukraine with over $48.7 million in military and humanitarian aid as of July 2023.
